You can get the clean seeds directly for packaging and sale. In principle, the seed clean rate is 100%. Because after the first round of threshing and cleaning, the cleanliness of the seeds has reached 99.5%, then you can put the seeds into the machine again for cleaning until you are satisfied!

Machine Introduction:
1) Our UGT-10 adopts thick steel plate with quench and carborization, better toughness and hardness (thickness 6mm, and 120kg weight, 40% heavier than other brands), and has less dust and low noise during work with tighter sealing at the connection. The production meets the national quality standard GB/T 5982-2017. It has passed SGS quality inspection and has the COC quality certificate issued by SGS.  

2) Power: 4hp diesel generator or 2.2-3kw electric motor. And electric motor can be customized according to your local voltage, hertz, single-phase or three-phase.

3) Portable frame with two big wheels: according to our African clients' requests, we make the portable frame that can be towed by a tractor in front. And the two big wheels (with diameter 50cm) are solid and durable, which can ensure there’s no any problem to run on the gravels road! 

4) The sieve mesh is tailor-made for your all kinds of seeds (the advantage of the factory). The correct sieves with accurate meshes are quite important for your threshing work, as too large or too small meshes will cause grain loss! And our chia seeds sieves' meshes / holes size can reach 1mm, specifically designed for your chia seeds threshing and cleaning, the only factory in China for this!
