There are six attentions in large maize thresher operation.
First, check the large maize thresher before operation. Check whether the rasp bar is in good condition, the bolts are loose, the transmission parts have problems and find out the unsafe factors to eliminate them.

Second, don’t make the large maize thresher have overload work, no matter it uses electric motor or diesel engine.

Third, the safety device should be complete. For example, there should have protective cover at each chain part to avoid hurting. The electric motor should have ground lead. The diesel exhausting pipe should have fire fighting cover to avoid fire hazard.

Fourth, corn feeding should be even.

Fifth, the continuous working time should not be too long. For example, when the machine works for 5-6 hours, we should shut it down and make it rest for a while.

Sixth, your maize thresher should not be home-made or obsolete. Home-made corn thresher or obsolete thresher always has low safety performance compared with the thresher after tightened inspection.
