What should we notice in MAIZE THRESHER INSTALLATION?
First, level up the four foot pads. Make them steady and firm. Reduce the vibration.
Second, check whether the power line has firm connection, tight sealing and has the ground electrode if the corn thresher adopts motor as power supply.
Third, put the corncob continuously and evenly. Incontinuous feeding will affect the efficiency. Too large feeding quantity may cause machinery blocking and overloaded operation and even cause motor and machinery breakage.
Fourth, moisture content of the corncob should not be higher than 20%. Or it will not reach normal corn threshing effect.
Fifth, when the threshing work is finished, discharge the corncob completely first and then halt the machine no-load. Don’t halt the machine on-load.
